About The Lodge
Mission:
Our mission is to promote healing in an environment that fosters independence and dignity, through the collaborative efforts of the patient, family, and team of professionals.

The Lodge began in 2015 and is an state of the art rehabilitation facility. The facility includes 106 beds and is separated into three communities each specializing in different patient centered care.
The three communities include:
Blue Ridge specializing in sub-acute care.
Lake Callaway specializing in skilled nursing care.
Pine Canyon specializing in long term care.

The facility is operated by Health Management. Health management is an independently owned company proudly serving the Middle Georgia Area since 1999.
