In accordance with Federal and State Guidance indoor visitations will occur if the county positivity rate is less than 10%. The positivity rate will be posted on facility website www.thelodgewr.com each week for your reference.

At each visit everyone must adhere to the Core Covid-19 Infection Control Precautions which includes

• Covid Questionnaire,

• Complete hand hygiene before and after visit

• Temperature checks

• Mask at all times.

Visitors under the age of 12 must be able to follow core infection precautions to prevent any exposure and will be permitted to visit on a case-by-case matter. We strongly encourage all visitors under the age of 12 to continue to complete window visits with their loved ones.  Anyone unable to follow Core Covid-19 infection control precautions will be prohibited to visit.
